Planned Giving
Leave a legacy

Planned giving is an increasingly popular way to give the gift of education. By including a gift to Sacramento State in their estate plans, friends of the University gain the flexibility to provide life-changing opportunities to the students of the future, while enjoying benefits of the present - including potential tax savings and life-income possibilities.

The Legacy Circle

A growing number of University alumni, emeritus faculty and staff, and friends are choosing to remember Sacramento State in their estate plans. It is these gifts that help ensure the future success of the University and its students.

The Sacramento State Legacy Circle was established to recognize the thoughtful generosity of those who have made provision for the University in their estate plans or some other type of planned gift. Members are recognized with a special certificate, lapel pin and invitations to special events on campus.

If you have already made provision in your plans for Sacramento State, we truly hope you will consider joining. Simply print and return the Legacy Enrollment Form. If you have questions about ways to remember Sacramento State in your plans, please contact the Planned Giving Office at (916) 278-6989 or giving@csus.edu.
